GOODS EXCHANGE POLICY

Please note we can only exchange items for a different size. Click on “Exchange for the Right Size” and fill in the ERS Form.

The ERS form must be filled out and sent back to Stylmuster.com 72 hours upon receiving the delivery.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Your exchange will not be accepted if the product or box is damaged.
• Stylmuster.com will re-deliver the correct size and pick up the original style at the same time.
• Items should be in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Shoe boxes must also be protected as they are considered part of the product.
• We do not accept liability for goods that are not returned via Stylmuster.com vans.
• Goods must be returned to us via the original delivery method used.
• Shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear.

Items must be returned new, unused and with all Stylmuster.com and designer garment tags still attached.
